Our vendor spaces are set for Saturday, October 3. Thank you to
every vendor joining us at Bill Stanton Community Park.
Set up at Stanton Park and connect with hundreds of Oktoberfest
guests. Whether you sell handcrafted goods, specialty merchandise,
or delicious food — we'd love to have you join us on October 3rd.

Festival Atmosphere
Live music, craft beer, and activities create an energetic
environment that keeps guests on-site all day.
Arrive by Noon. All vendors
must arrive by 12:00 PM to check-in. The event opens at 1:00 PM
and tent vendors are expected to stay until 7:00 PM, food truck
vendors until 9:00 PM, but any vendor can stay as late as 10:00
PM when the event ends.

Breakdown. Tent vendors can
begin clearing out at 7:00 PM, but may stay as late as 10:00 PM.
Food truck vendors can clear out at 9:00 PM, but may stay as
late as 10:00 PM. Specific arrival and setup instructions will
be provided upon registration confirmation.

Rain or Shine. The event
proceeds regardless of weather. Plan for outdoor conditions —
bring weights and weatherproofing.

No Alcohol Sales. No vendor
may sell or distribute alcohol. Beer and beverage service is
managed exclusively by the event committee.

Volunteer Guidelines

Must Be 21+. All volunteers
must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID
is required at check-in. No exceptions.
2
Two-Hour Shift. Each volunteer
works one two-hour slot. Slots are 1–3 PM, 3–5 PM, 5–7 PM, 7-9 PM,
and 9-11 PM. You may request a preferred slot, but assignment is
not guaranteed.

Flexible Tasks. Duties may
include pouring craft beer, administering games, selling drink
tickets, or other event support needs. The committee will assign
specific tasks before the event.

Arrive Early. Please arrive at
least 30 minutes before your assigned shift to check in, receive
your shirt, and get oriented with the committee.

Rain or Shine. The event runs
regardless of weather. Dress for outdoor conditions and be
prepared to work in the elements.

Confirmation by Email. After
submitting, the committee will review requests and email you to
confirm your slot or propose an alternative. Keep an eye on your
inbox.
