Vendor Details & Guidelines

Tent Required. All vendors must provide their own tent. Tent space is included in your registration fee. Space size TBD at confirmation.

Merchandise & Crafts Only. This is a crafts and merchandise vendor event. Food/beverage vendors are separate. No alcohol sales by vendors.

Setup & Breakdown. Vendors may set up before 1:00 PM and must be cleared out by 8:00 PM. Specific setup windows provided upon registration approval.

Rain or Shine. The event proceeds regardless of weather. Vendors should plan for outdoor conditions. Bring weights and weatherproofing.

Registration Fee. Vendor space rental fee is TBD. Payment instructions provided upon application approval.

Limited Spots. Vendor spots are limited. Registrations are reviewed and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

About Us

Madison Oktoberfest is a community celebration rooted in the spirit of togetherness, craft beer, and local pride. What started as an idea among friends has grown into one of Madison, Ohio's most anticipated autumn events — and this year, it's going online for the first time.

The event is fully outdoor, held rain or shine at Stanton Park in Madison, Ohio. It is a 21+ event and benefits the Madison Recreation Department — helping fund parks, programs, and community spaces that serve our town year-round. Our previous events have featured craft beer, live music, local vendors, and a whole lot of Oktoberfest fun, and 2026 will be no different.
